2. Dress Code

There is no strict dress code but we encourage people to dress appropriately depending on the event.

3. Age RequirementS

Please refer to the specific events for the age. Entry is permitted with proper ID only.

4. BAG POLICY

No large bags, backpacks, Camelbaks or bota bags allowed. All small bags and purses are subject to search

5. security & entry

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

6. RECORDING EQUIPMENT policy

NO professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)

7. Where do I park?

There are several pay lots to choose from in the area. Valet parking is offered at the front of the venue for a fee. Street parking options nearby as well.

8. ACCEPTABLE ID

• Driver’s Licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent) or:U.S. Passport

• U.S. Passport Card

• U.S. Military ID

• Permanent Resident Card

• A foreign government-issued passport

• Border Crossing Card

• DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license

• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

  Unacceptable IDs Include

  • Temporary paper IDs issued by the DMV

  • Expired IDs

  • Birth certificate

  • Copies of any form of identification (Including pictures of ID)

  • School identification

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS

• NO illegal substances

• NO drugs or drug paraphernalia

• NO pets

• NO laser pointers

• NO large chains or spiked jewelry

• NO balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees

• NO stuffed animals or dolls (including plush backpacks)

• NO outside food or beverages

• NO weapons of any kind (includes guns, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

• NO whistles, air horns, or other loud noise devices

• NO eye drops

• NO opened packs of cigarettes (sealed cigarettes ONLY)

10. Refunds

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.
